Better Today Health Coaching offers a number of different options to meet your needs and help you reach your goals!
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and there’s no one-size-fits-all coaching plan! We understand that each individual is at a different place in their health journey, so our plans are designed to meet you where you’re at. Check out our different options below to find what works best for you!
Due to the spread of Covid-19, we are currently offering virtual coaching sessions only.
This plan is our gold standard for creating lasting change, and also our most economical. The plan includes two 50 minutes sessions (biweekly) per month for 6 months, as well as support between sessions in the form of emails, recipe suggestions, and more. 6 months of coaching ensures that you’ll have time to create lasting habits, achieve your goals, and have the guidance of a coach to help you navigate holiday parties and other life events that might disrupt your progress.
Premium Plan cost: $450 + tax ($37.50/session)
For those who are already on their way to reaching their goals but want to take it to the next level, this plan includes six 50-minute sessions per month for 3 months. These bi-weekly sessions are structured similarly to our premium plan, with support between sessions.
Silver Plan cost: $270 + tax ($45/session)
A La Carte
A la carte sessions can be a great way to get specific questions answered, or to create a strategy for navigating a specific upcoming event. One 50-minute session can be just what you need to keep you on track!
A La Carte session cost: $50.00 + tax
